does the DOJ have the will to bring the DTCC to accountability here, in your opinion? To truly make this right, per your efforts?

Because DOJ generally looks the other way when it comes to other big 'agencies' calling their own shots. Although the DTCC IS private, correct (?), but much like the Fed, is perceived by the public to be a largely untouchable government behemoth.
