This will sit in this range until some news hits. No sustained upward movement will happen until then. It's not rocket science. There will be flippers who are looking for quick hits and that will move it up and down without news. If you think news will hit, which I do, you hold and not get caught on your heels. If you don't, you flip. Simple. To each their own.
