Are you kidding? LGTT is at "Custodianship" status now? Where did you get that Info.? If it were true now then LGTT must have already exploded to the Penny Land or even Dime Land based on its FIXED Tiny float available for trading --- less than 400M shares!

LGTT is a Very Valuable CLEAN shell now with the Sought-After FIXED Low SS, especially Very Low float count after 1:2,000 R/S back to 07/21/2010! Thus it is a ideal and perfect Custodianship-Taking-Over target by David Lazar etc. experts! Perhaps someone(s) is(are) working on a C-T-O deal for us though it is not public yet! Actually someone ever PMed me for a possibility of C-T-O because he could not find right way to contact the CEO via either email or phone. Be honest, myself is also considering C-T-O possibility and potential court & attorney cost if I know how to do it now.

Be patient, my friend! If a C-T-O deal kicks in here then LGTT will explode 25-Bagger at least from current ridiculous low price $0.0004! In fact its "CLEAN shell" peer (RRRT) ever exploded to $0.324 from $0.0010 after C-T-O! To match the Same market value, LGTT will hit $0.0232 based on 1B shares OS!

So LGTT is much much much cheaper than RRRT now!

Anyway another Toxic "Delinquent SEC Reporting" peer (WPUR) just exploded to $0.02 most recently from $0.0001 after C-T-O --- which is 200-Bagger Giant rally!
