That is the uplist issue. Had it at 2 bucks then waited until the momentum and hype and died off, the stock started to tank in crazy atom bomb sell offs to release a half baked "uh, we are looking into getting an investment bank at end of April to get us in track for uplisting to Nasdaq!". That was a wet fart and now this thing is turded out and swirling and 72 cents. No legitimacy to any uplist claim at this point.

They hyped the big uplisting news and it turned out to be a big "sometime in april we'll look into x and tell you about y"

That would have gotten this above 2.25 and held if they released that when it surged to 2 dollars....instead they waited....and doomed it all. Caught flat footed. This is the OTC, nothing makes sense, things go up and down and die and are born again...this could have caught the big wave and ride it big time to multi dollars.

Instead here we are.
