Thanks for posting all of this, seriously it gives a glimmer of hope. However, when do you wave the flag? It’s been almost 3 years, there is nothing left to be done except for the class action final report that could POSSIBLY move it in our direction. The LCY spac was a swing and a miss. The reassignment of the chapter 11 case was a dud. Has anyone contacted custodian of PTTPF? It’s all smoke and mirrors until then. And please none of the usual naysayers answer this is for IE.
