I was pretty sure I had seen Mr. Yan mentioned as President of Dragon Life Sciences (US) in the past, but looking through a few articles, so far they all mention him as President of the Longpin Holdings CHINA. He obviously is involved in the U.S. We saw Yan at the NASDAQ party, pouring sand etc. (Didn't see Wu pouring sand). I have seen in video that Wu seems to be much more fluent in English than I assume Mr. Yan is, so perhaps he was handling operations in the US.

Mr. Yan is still involved, and we know it is him speaking on behalf of the Twitter account, getting his lawyers involved and promising of an uplist to the NASDAQ. Not sure exactly what his role is, but I think that Wu works for Yan ultimately.
