until kim announces he has done what he is PLANNING to do, it hasnt happened...

This is flat out WRONG. i don't know how else to say it. Being publicly announced and not yet announced but still happening are NOT the same thing.

I am not talking about what HAS been announced and is therefore impacting the share price. i'm talking about taking data points and connecting the dots.

This concept is not that complicated. If you are trying to argue the production CURRENTLY UNDERWAY will not impact the share price until it is announced, I agree. that is NOT the same as saying it is not happening presently. People are working at Prodigy. Things are happening. they just haven't been announced, yet.

It's ridiculous to argue no production is happening because it hasn't been announced. Just like it's ridiculous to argue the up list isn't being worked on because they haven't told us recently. Not reporting publicly is not the same as not happening. In terms of impact to share price, yes, but not the REALITY. There seems to be a real struggle to understand this difference for some reason.

When they are reported publicly, the share price will rise, IMO. Those needing confirmation can wait and pay the higher prices. Those willing to put money at risk earlier could very will be rewarded for doing so.

You don't care what they are doing but hasn't been announced because it doesn't move the share price? Fine, then say that. Don't say nothing is happening because it hasn't been reported. That is just utter nonsense which anyone should be able to see. smh
