I can not imagine that there would be any scenario in which a bankruptcy court would put a "gag" on a final bankruptcy decree given that that decree would constitute the court order which would close out that case and would adjudicate any and all remaining aspects of the bankruptcy estate.

I would again respectfully suggest that if anyone here is that interested in the current status of that case that they call the Office of the U.S. Trustee in the District in which the bankruptcy case is pending and speak with someone in that Office who can answer your questions.

Has anyone checked on the PACER System to see whether there are any recent orders?
