OTC markets are littered with companies that have tons of outstanding shares. Just like any movement that catches on (pocket protectors, stone washed jeans or members only jackets) the movement starts small. If you were an original investor and had 100s of thousands of shares that you bought for pennies to help finance the company and those shares jumped to dollars, you'd want to cash in some shares to either lock in a profit or recoup your investment (it takes time to move a lot of shares in a low float company). If you believe in this company buy more shares if not sell. If you want to find out what original investors paid for shares (under special offerings) get really good at looking at doc's filed with the SEC (these can help give you a sentiment of what other people think as well as company results). This is a low volume traded company (not many outstanding shares). For me I sold 75 % at $5 on the run up if it drops below $3 I'll buy a boat load more. Personally I want to see them come out with a single use drink similar to a Gatorade bottle or something of that sort
