Sam is the only person who can promote Sam. If individuals and shareholders think "Sam Sucks" it is because Sam allows them to run with that.

Sam can change that perception at anytime. He can either project himself as an individual who posses weakness or strength. It all depends on how Sam views himself and what his job description requires of him!

Either way, someone needs to review and evaluate his current position performance, requirements and personal and business qualifications to move this company forward.

Creating websites that suggest some kind of businesses and creating websites that actually reflect "Real" businesses are two different things.

So as it stands, Sam is good at creating global websites. So what? If this is what he is good at then DR.DOKI needs to move him to media department.

I believe everybody excels at something. One needs to be evaluated and then placed. Sometimes they need to be replaced from one job position to another job position to find the correct fit. (DR.DOKI please utilize FTRS for this process).

Sometimes there is no fit at all for them and they need to be let go for the good of the firm and shareholders. But from where I'm standing here, (IMO) Sam has no Presidential value what so ever. Management material, he is not.

In the end, here is a message for Sam. Prove to me that my opinions are wrong about everything I've posted. Show me that I'm wrong. It can only make him a better "President" or a "Real President". I challenge him! Prove me wrong.
