Text: It will be interesting if they refi the full 250 million. Honestly, if they want to reward long term shareholders a $50 million dividend is due. I think they'll do well but I am ready for them to pay me for my patience. 50 million is around 10 cents a share so tell Keith to sweeten the pot now that we have a cash cow producing asset
