Have no clue what you two are talking about?

My post about Sam's lack of management and communications skills have nothing to do with "not supporting the company and it's chances for future success".

The part about the websites is true for now, but that can change over time. I do believe someone is working on fulfilling them with active businesses.

My post was directed directly at this Sam individual, and my personal opinion about his business acumen, or lack of any at this point.

I believe in DR.DOKI's efforts in building a company from the ground up. I just believe he could find a better candidate to head the effort that's all.

I did forward some advise on how to get past complaining about the OTC. OBCN management does not need to rely on the OTC to get this off the ground.

DR.DOKI does not have to rely on that process to get to the NASDAQ or the NYSE. He reversed the number of shares O/S so we now have the opportunity to acquire one of those companies to reach that objective instead of taking the slow boat to China approach.

Again, don't confuse "woke up" or "you finally see" with identifying obstacles in management or trying to suggest a new business strategy direction.

I am still long in this stock and feel we can get to the bigger boards. We just need to do a better job vetting the job candidates. Most certainly the the position of "President" of the firm.

Remember, the President of BP Petroleum was out sailing when the "Pipeline" was severed in the gulf. When he was asked about what went on, he replied "I did not do it, It was not my job".

Management is responsible for every job below him or her, and they do have to answer to the shareholders, as well as, communicate to them directly for time to time.

So far Preya is the only employee who has made a difference. She is doing her job, but that is only happening after the shareholders get on the President (Sam??). She is in a tight spot because of Sam. That is not right.

If Sam is indeed the President, he needs to "Put His Big-Boy Pants On". Not everyone is qualified for the position, but it seems most want it. Must be the "EGO" thing not the "Ability" thing.

We have a great chance here to make this company a big-player in something on the NASDAQ or NYSE. We just need visibility and a communicated business plan or plans.

In the end here, If Sam is the man, he needs to lead follow or get the hell out of the way.
