I honestly can't say for a timeframe. I am good at finding information, but my knowledge of SEC and legal aspects is pretty minimal.

I will say that on the China side, there is still definitely on-goinig progress. I will be posting more soon about a partnership Yan is moving on, with multiple businesses being created in the last 6 months, even the last month or 2.

Unfortunately, as I have stated elsewhere, there is a good bit that happens behind closed doors that we are not privy to. But I will say that Yan has several entities and seems to be involved in a whole lot of areas (mostly related to health or commerce in one way or another). I've posted most of what I have found in my twitter DD, but there is more not released yet.

I'm also interested as to why they (Wu) seem to set up their US entities out of Nevada... and how many more are there that we don't know about.

We're putting the puzzle pieces together, but in some ways we don't know how the different segments fit together... such as Yaoiu's relationship to Harbin (although I have a theory).

I highly recommend for those doing DD to go through my DD and actually click on the links (some links I had to put a space in to remove the hyperlink because Twitter was blocking them). There is a wealth of info and rabbit holes to go down in some of those links. I'm sure many here could find things that I haven't.

I need to go back through my old DD as well because there are some things I/we know now that could give light to articles I found early on.

The biggest of everything IMO is the close involvement in Alibaba's New Retail scheme & Agriculture AI.
