Complete Q&A mark miller

Donald Chambless:
And once ceo your gonna make a new twitter for company?

A company account?

Mark Miller:
Once CEO appointment yes, a NWGC Twitter account. That will just be NWGC business related, nothing personal

Frandy Alfaro:
Yeah I belive that's is accurate

Donald Chambless:
Awesome. Got fingers crossed

Frandy Alfaro:
Once CEO do you have any job opportunities? ??

Mark Miller:
?? that's funny. We will have to see how things ramp up in Wyoming.

Frandy Alfaro:
From what I've read around you own majority of the Company's Shares? Is this accurate?

Mark Miller:
I am currently holding a significant portion of the outstanding shares, yes. I couldn't have forced a shareholder meeting otherwise, because the FL courts require a vested interest in the company.

Donald Chambless:
What is the current outstanding shares.

Mark Miller:
I won't know for sure how many are in the float until the TA is allowed to recognize me as the CEO.

Frandy Alfaro:
I hope your lawyers give you some good Info this week????

Mark Miller:
I do too! They are relatively quick about providing information and updates.

Sam Kadri:
Firdaus76 here

Frandy Alfaro:
Hello

Mark Miller:
Hey Sam! Good to see you!

Frandy Alfaro:
What's the telegram invite link?

Mark Miller:
That's to this room Frandy

Sam Kadri:
Hey Mark, great to see you here too!

Frandy Alfaro:
Yeah, I mean what the link? I'd like.to share it as well

Johan Boot:
Thanks for the invitation Mark!

Mark Miller:
That's a great question, you might have to ask Don though.

Thanks for joining!

Sam Kadri:
When will we hear from the courts? Tomorrow?

Frandy Alfaro:
????

Mark Miller:
Tough to say, the attorneys have everything under control, so let's be a little more patient and let them do their job.

Sam Kadri:
Alright sounds good!

Donald Chambless:
Have you been able to view the condition of the current nwgc equipment

And is new equipment needed to resume iperations

Operations

Mark Miller:
We won't be using any of their old equipment because it doesn't exist

Everything Talbot touted was a lie, there was no Ecuadorian mining Opp.

We are started from square one, and we are gonna do it the right way.

Donald Chambless:
Wow. I did not know that. And that is awesome news

Fair and right is the way to go

Mark Miller:
That is the whole reason I started this process, because as a shareholder like the rest of you I was tired of being played and lied to by the CEO. It wasn't fair that we should lose our money and suffer from it. Now if it was just a bad trade, then so be it, I could accept that because I took the risks, but not to be swindled the way Talbot did.

Donald Chambless:
What happened to talbot?

Mark Miller:
He had a cerebral stroke and ended up in an Alberta Canada nursing home under the care of a nurse 24/7

Donald Chambless:
Wow. Karma sucks appearntly

Mark Miller:
I would agree

Frandy Alfaro:
Mark do you plan on selling any shares right away after your announced the CEO?

Mark Miller:
Kevin, the other previous CEO resigned and never came back. This is why the attorneys were forced to serve papers to the FL SOS as an alternative

Nope, actually I can't, that would be consider Affiliate and Insider, so I'll hold on to them until they can either be returned to treasury or I hand off the reigns in a buy out or a better mgmt team than me.

Frandy Alfaro:
Ohh ok I didn't know that. I'm I've been investing for about a year now and still got a lot of learning to do. So how do you raise money for the Money equipment once the company is yours? ?? sorry I this is a dumb question

Minning equipment *

Mark Miller:
Actually, we are 100% self financed

Richard Lenga:
So when are we expecting news from the courts?

Mark Miller:
A lot of you may not know this about me but I am a 20 year Builder, my construction company has done ok for itself, which allows me the capital needed to expand into other operations such as Rock Creek.

That is currently in the hands of the attorneys, as soon as I know, everyone will know.

Richard Lenga:
end of the week maybe?

Mark Miller:
Also, don't think of RCM as a Gold Rush type of Operation, we need to scale up to larger capacity as we build capital through REE and Gold recovery.

Frandy Alfaro:
We can only hope Richard ????

Richard Lenga:
great!

Mark Miller:
Anything is possible!

I am just as excited as everyone else.

Kent Moors:
Hey Mark, do you plan to expand the mining site acreage, if that is even possible? I’m very excited, and I appreciate your transparency.

Mark Miller:
Keep in mind, there is still the Shareholder meeting that will validate the appointment, where shareholders can voice their concerns or protest .y appointment and all are welcome to attend via Zoom.

Frandy Alfaro:
What about the soil samples any due date on those? I'm excited about the precocious metals and gems but I'm really excited about the lithium and graphite as well.

Mark Miller:
We will focus on the band that has highest recovery rates based on the Assay report first and then expand out to all parts. Meanwhile, we will look for additional claims to take mineral rights on in the area.

Between end of month and April 5th I expect the Assay Report back which will be very telling.

Frandy Alfaro:
Thank you Mark

Mark Miller:
No problem

Kent Moors:
Thank you, Mark. You da man.

Frandy Alfaro:
Hey Donald what's the invitation adress link?

Mark Miller:
We are all in this together

Donald Chambless:
Sorry. Just seen. I'll post it.

https://t.me/joinchat/gi1dhlxfqSg4ZmUx

J:
Is there a timeframe for the shareholders meeting?

Richard Lenga:
Thank you Mark for being open to answering questions!

Frandy Alfaro:
Thx!

Mark Miller:
That is at the discretion of the courts, could be 7 days to 30 days after default judgment is entered.

J:
Thank you Mark!

Mark Miller:
That's what I'm here for!

I'm just as excited as all of you.

Homey G:
Thank you for making this group!

Hello everyone!

Mark Miller:
Hello Homey G!

Donald Chambless:
It was long needed.

Are their any companies or groups working against the court cases? And if so are they affecting current share price?

Not sure if that question had been asked?

Mark Miller:
Don, there isn't anyone that I have been made aware of working against this case. I am not sure how they could be affecting the share price.

George:
Hello everyone! Excited to be a part of this journey!

Mark Miller:
There has been no contest to date, and any market activity is all retail trading. Which could mean there are retail traders trying to (day trade) or manipulate the stock back and forth.

Frandy Alfaro:
Likewise!

Mark Miller:
George, glad to have you here!

Donald Chambless:
Ahh I see

No contest is great though.

Mark Miller:
Yes sir!

Clem Hopper:
Mark, if you know, when was service on the Secretary of State accomplished?

Girth Brooks:
What’s up fellas

And ladies

Mark Miller:
March 3rd it was served. I believe there was a lag of 7 days before they confirmed though, so take that into consideration.

Welcome Girth!

Clem Hopper:
How was it served on a PO Box in the same day it was issued?

jaryd Weber:
Hello

So why was this chat created

Mark Miller:
I am not sure if it was delivered directly by the Sherriff or if it was served by mail. I never inquired about it with the attorneys.

In case you had any questions that you wanted to ask me, or just engage in general conversation with other NWGC Shareholders.

Dennis:
Seems I got here late. Hoping someone can fill me in on any news from today.
Dennis:
Seems I got here late. Hoping someone can fill me in on any news from today.

Frandy Alfaro:
I'm sure you can scroll up and read on any thing you've missed

This was created about 45min ago or so

Jay:
i just joined, you can't read history lol

Dennis:
Can't scroll up unfortunately

Frandy Alfaro:
Ohh dang that sucks

Mark Miller:
Welcome Jay and Dennis, we were just discussing dates of service and other questions that people had for me.

Clem Hopper:
Mark, any estimation on the amount or value of the gold or other minerals on the claim?

Mark Miller:
Such as, when do I think we would see a default judgment, which is in the hands of the attorneys at this point.

We should have the Assay Report back end of month to April 5th, and then I can tell you exactly what we can expect.

We are searching for Gold, Silver, Jade, Graphene, Lithium and other REE's

Dennis:
Thank you Mark, we definitely appreciate the updatws

Clem Hopper:
After the claim is rolled into the company, how much working capital do you expect to need through dilution by issuing more shares?

Mark Miller:
Always, I'm trying to keep this as transparent as possible for everyone

Zero

We are 100% fully funded, no need for debt or share issuances

jaryd Weber:
Any chance of an RS

Clem Hopper:
Then why activate NWGC?

Mark Miller:
Possibly in the far far away future if a share buyback or other options are exhausted and don't work.

Nathan:
Do you know anything about the success of other mines in the area? How much time did you spend researching this claim out, why Rock Creek?

Hi Berk! Nice to see you!

Mark Miller:
As a shareholder, why not bring back to life a defunct company and bring in a real operating business.

I refused to walk away from this with a loss from the previous management's lies.

Berkshire Capital:
Hey thanks Nathan

Clem Hopper:
I see, so you have been "holding the bag" for how long?

Mark Miller:
I spent 2 months researching the region and inquiring from mines south of our location off of Sweetwater and to the west near Atlantic City, this seemed the most viable based on previous glacial history.

3 or so years

Clem Hopper:
Why bring back NWGC and share the wealth with other shareholders if you are flush with capital? Why not keep it private and keep all the profits?

$DDKING:
Thanks for invite

Mark Miller:
I love your Questions Clem.

So bull by the horns then... if I roll a successful mining opp into this it makes it a strong candidate for buyout, I profit from that with residuals.

If a new management team comes in to replace me, then I can sell my stock after 90 days and hopefully for a generous profit. And let's not forget that new management still paid me a premium to hand it all over.

Kevin Shark:
Good answer. I look forward to seeing where this goes.

Sam Kadri:
Very nice!

Mark Miller:
So as you can see there is an upside to this. End of the day, I'm still a shareholder like all of you until the courts deem otherwise.

Donald Chambless:
Great answer

Scagnetti:
Today was the last day? Did anyone come forward to contest?

Mark Miller:
There has been no contest to the best of my knowledge

Kevin Shark:
Taur said nothing on the docket.

jaryd Weber:
How do you feel about the fact we are still getting beaten down sub .01 so close to the “default date”. Shouldn’t we be moving up past recent highs?

Scagnetti:
That's great. Thanks

Nathan:
Lets get to a dollar Mark!

$DDKING:
What’s the thought of how much money in the Placer Mine we talking? Are we allowed to ask that? Like an estimate?

Bodhi Trades:
Good question

Mark Miller:
I think that's typical of any stock to churn at these levels. Although, something all of you don't know is I was filled at $0.0103 while supporting the stock with 2,338,000 shares. So like all of you I am still acquiring.

Clem Hopper:
Mark, thank you for your answers. I still don't get why you couldn't get bought out without letting others in on the claim through NWGC. To what do we owe this largesse, as they say?

Mark Miller:
That would be awesome!

Shawn Roberts:
When are the Mine results expected?

Frandy Alfaro:
End of the month-April 5.

Mark Miller:
Assay Report from soil samples come back from the lab end of month to April 5th. Then we should have a very clear indication of what's in the ground. And Yes, you can ask anything you want! I am only a shareholder until the court says otherwise. Then it's a different story if I become the CEO.

Kevin Shark:
Mark, I've also been curious to it certified as a "placer" mine. Is there hope after the mine results come back that we creating this into a "lode" claim ?

$DDKING:
Okay

Thank you

Nathan:
What does a typical mine in the area your size valued at or whats the value range it could be in?

Donald Chambless:
Is like to see 14cents, bought in at .0004. I think that's pretty good coming from daily ranges of .0002-.0004

Id

$DDKING:
Placer mine been there how long?

Mark Miller:
Clem, I don't really see this as a generous offering, I'm just picking up the pieces of a company left for dead by some real scoundrels. If we are all invested and make money on the success of the work I do, then I'm all for it.

It would be possible to move into a Lode, but we need the labs back first.

Kevin Shark:
That's what I'm hoping for.... Thanks.

Mark Miller:
Tough to say, could be $1,000s could be millions, we won't know until the labs come back.

$DDKING:
We can go off past records?

When was the mine abandoned?

Clem Hopper:
Mark, thank you. In an indirect way you answered my ultimate question.

Mark Miller:
The Placer Claim is new for RCM, but it had 1 previous claimant before us who also owned 160 acres to the North and South. I have a feeling he died because all of his claims lapsed.

I think the last claim was in 2013 and then abandoned, no minerals reports were filed with BLM which I already looked for.

$DDKING:
Cool

Mark Miller:
Glad I could help!

$DDKING:
Makes sense

Mark Miller:
I wish they had though, would have been awesome to see.

Nathan:
Those reports are really everything!

Mark Miller:
If I missed anyone I'm sorry, I'm trying to scroll and hit everyone as best I can.

jaryd Weber:
What’s an honest, fair pps for this near term

Before assay results

Mark Miller:
Jaryd, tough to say what retail will do, in my personal opinion, $0.05 wouldn't be out of the question near term, of course st that point I'll be CEO and FL will be active again.

Kevin Shark:
Just like everything for sale Jaryd. Something is only worth what one is willing to buy it for. Let's see where the price goes with the facts about to be laid out. Hang on.

jaryd Weber:
How soon after today “assuming no contest” do you feel we can get a court date shareholder meeting? And make you ceo

Nathan:
How many claims do you hope to have in the near future besides Rock Creek?

Mark Miller:
I was told it could be 7 days to 30 days based on the courts discretion.

I would like to see an aggressive expansion towards the Rock Creek Uplift where the Lithium deposits were discovered. And then scale back to maintain operations through spring of 2023

Donald Chambless:
In addition to nathans question, does new nwgc plan on going heavy into lithium

Nathan:
Thanks Mark!

Kevin Shark:
Love the question and the answer Nathan, Mark, and Donald!

Bodhi Trades:
Apologies if this was asked:
By when will assay reports due 4/5 be published?

$DDKING:
What’s this?

Mark Miller:
I would hope so, the demand for REE's is skyrocketing and capturing a portion of that market domestically would be incredible

$DDKING:
https://thediggings.com/owners/2399233

Mark Miller:
End of the month to April 5th

Old Management's business description of NWGC

Not us

Shawn Roberts:
What company is performing the mine samples?

Mark Miller:
Burgex

$DDKING:
Thanks

Do you know this mark Miller?

Mark Miller:
Sorry, that's incorrect, Burgex did the geological and survey. ALS has the soil samples and is the 3rd party lab doing the testing

No I'm sorry, I do not.

Shawn Roberts:
If you become CEO, is there anyone you have in mind to bring on the management team?

Nathan:
If NWGC could speak to us all right now.

Donald Chambless:
That would bring nwgc into common share territory?

Donald Chambless:
Maybe 2023-25

Cause that would be the real winner

Mark Miller:
Yes, I have a geologist, a wash plant operator, and 4 others who work the equipment for bring pay dirt to the high banker. Then we all work on the concentrates.

$DDKING:
http://southpassgreenstone.blogspot.com/2019/09/rock-creek-gold-placer-south-pass.html

Mark Miller:
That would be ideal

$DDKING:
WW2

was touched then?

Mark Miller:
That is near where our claim is located

We are actually east of there

Miners Delight
https://maps.app.goo.gl/fUo5b6WRnAjVbhTBA

Shawn Roberts:
As a shareholder you know how important numbers and data are to investors. Is there any estimations, projections, or forecast you think would be helpful?

Mark Miller:
The pin drop flag is the RCM claim

$DDKING:
Well I think there is billions in that area

Donald Chambless:
Any thoughts on rare earth's or are regulations still horrible?

Mark Miller:
Once the Assay Report comes back from the lab, I believe we will be able to project recovery rates and minerals.

Shawn Roberts:
Who/how is currently funding the current mine testing?

Mark Miller:
WY is one of the least intrusive states to operate in, very passive until you scale up to the larger operation sizes like Barrick Gold in Nevada

I am

$DDKING:
I have X-ray eyes

Mark Miller:
????

Shawn Roberts:
What are the first steps you will take as CEO to drive stock price and attract investors?

Mark Miller:
1st reinstate FL, can't run a defunct company

2nd, get to Justeene at the TAs office and pay the outstanding balance owed

Shawn Roberts:
How much is the balance with TA?

Mark Miller:
Get OTCIQ app done and submitted for review. Put out shareholders update via Accesswire news service and create a Twitter for the company.

She won't tell me until the Shareholder meeting happens and I'm appointed

I'm sure whatever it is can be negotiated

Ibrahim Balogun:
Thanks for all the updates Mark

Mark Miller:
Thanks for joining us Ibrahim

$DDKING:
There is a ton of Gold all over there in the 80s

Bodhi Trades:
??

Mark Miller:
You are correct

$DDKING:
I bet it’s still there if untapped

Mark Miller:
My fingers are crossed

$DDKING:
I’m going to buy 2mill shares thanks

Shawn Roberts:
Mark outside of being a shareholder what is your motivation for becoming CEO of this NWGC?

Justin Tufano:
I’m digging the communication, thanks for taking the time Mark.

Nathan:
Mark Miller doesnt waste time. He knows there be gold and lithium and those hills. ??

in*

$DDKING:
Omg this is huge

Bodhi Trades:
Lithium spot price climbing toward all time highs in 2017

Nathan:
Biden’s green energy plan..... just think.....

Mark Miller:
Here is what I said before:

I love your Questions Clem.

So bull by the horns then... if I roll a successful mining opp into this it makes it a strong candidate for buyout, I profit from that with residuals.

If a new management team comes in to replace me, then I can sell my stock after 90 days and hopefully for a generous profit. And let's not forget that new management still paid me a premium to hand it all over.

Frandy Alfaro:
Mark once your the CEO, samples are in, and every thing is ready to rock and roll will you have to invest in new heavy equipment to operate or does your construction company have enough equipment to get you started?

Mark Miller:
Thanks for engaging with me.

I will do the best I can Nathan, thanks for the vote of confidence

Donald Chambless:
I think we should all buy shares at the same time at a strategic point in the day.

Bodhi Trades:
Can’t wait to see those reports

Mark Miller:
We already own the heavy equipment.

$DDKING:
Mark can we have a phone call tonight?

Frandy Alfaro:
????

$DDKING:
I’m PMing you my phone number

Mark Miller:
We will scale up as needed, but we do have what we need to operate out the gate right now

$DDKING:
I got an EPA guy down here in Houston tx you need to talk to

Nathan:
This is turning out to be a glorious evening.

Mark Miller:
I appreciate that, I may not be able to chat this evening but we can certainly make time to get on a call.

Absolutely, I'd love to

Ibrahim Balogun:
?? Awesome

$DDKING:
The scrap pile had $50mill go read that blog site

Lol

Mark Miller:
When the courts schedule the Shareholder meeting, I invite all of you to be there, hopefully in support of my appointment as CEO of NWGC. However, even if you want to vote against me I still encourage you to attend, it's important to me that ALL shareholders voices be heard.

$DDKING:
Cha Ching

Shawn Roberts:
Should shareholders be worried about any dilution after you become CEO?

$DDKING:
What about reverse split

SS maxing out

Do it at 3.00

Lol

Shawn Roberts:
good questions

People want to know how this will impact their investments.

$DDKING:
Yes

Mark Miller:
I will not be diluting, no need for new debt or issuances. And I will exhaust a share buyback or all other options before I would consider a RS.

$DDKING:
Thank you

You are a fucking badass

Shawn Roberts:
Today alone there was 110k dollar volume at .01

Nathan:
Thank you Jesus!

Mark Miller:
Yes sir, a lot of volume churning from .008 to .0119

Nathan:
You are the one! ??

J:
Trader turned into investor today Mark. Thank you for your communication!

Mark Miller:
Thank you for coming to talk to me

Donald Chambless:
Gonna paste the link here for sharing https://t.me/joinchat/gi1dhlxfqSg4ZmUx

Frandy Alfaro:
I pinned it for ya ??

Ben J:
Estimated court news time?

Donald Chambless:
Tyvm

Shawn Roberts:
Have you gotten any updates from your attorneys today?

Steve D.:
Investor here. Just hopped on. Anybody with a quick synopsis. Terribly sorry.

Ben J:
Estimated soil sample result time?

Mark Miller:
It's in the attorneys hands right now, so I can't be certain, could be anytime now or later this week or even next week. I wish I could tell you concretely

Frandy Alfaro:
Soil samples end of month-april5

Mark Miller:
Nothing yet today, I usually see end of day updates around 7pm CST

Thanks Frandy

Shawn Roberts:
I believe the filings where filed 3/3 and said 20 days to respond. That would bring us to today.

Mark Miller:
That is correct, however, the SOS didn't confirm receipt until 7 days later, so that could weigh in as a factor

Shawn Roberts:
So we could be looking at the 30th?

Mark Miller:
It is possible, yes

Ken Everly:
So you cannot be named CEO until after the shareholders meeting?

Shawn Roberts:
What if you dont get voted in?

Mark Miller:
That is correct

Shawn Roberts:
Do you have to hold majority of shares?

Mark Miller:
Then I'll keep RCM as a private company and I guess all of shareholders will be shit out of luck

Shawn Roberts:
lol

Ibrahim Balogun:
Mark This could be a stupid question, but I’ve wondered, why go this route versus starting a new fresh company to carry out your operations?

Mark Miller:
I hold a significant portion of the OS right now, but others could be out there holding more than me, although unlikely

Shawn Roberts:
:)

Mark Miller:
???? sorry, just being honest

Donald Chambless:
I like that. +1 respect

Mark Miller:
I was already a shareholder (bag holder) so rather than start from scratch, why not go after an already trading entity that I have a vested interest in.

Shawn Roberts:
Wouldn't be asking if my position wasn't worthy of notice :)

Ibrahim Balogun:
Good point. Thanks.

Mark Miller:
I agree, and think you are asking all the right questions

Very good questions Ibrahim

Dr._juju:
While we're being open with questions, I'll bite- in my ignorance to how a gold company works, how substantial is the opportunity for gold to be present on that 80 acre piece? I presume it would be good, but that you would churn through it super fast. So on a balance sheet, land like that won't make or break a year or even a quarter. Again, I'm ignorant but just curious how big of a deal that is. Thanks

Mark Miller:
Justin, it's a great question. I won't have the Assay Report back until end of month to April 5th, so I wont be able to tell you potential recovery rates and project profitability until I see those results.

Dr._juju:
Let's say it's eveything you hoped for, does the revenue there sustain a company like yours for a quarter, a year, or several years

Shawn Roberts:
When is the last status update you received on the results?

Nathan:
Will there be a website?

Frandy Alfaro:
It's not just precious metals. Potential Gems, Jade, Lithium and graphite aswell

Mark Miller:
Justin anything is possible, we won't know until we have soil samples back from the lab.

In regards to operating costs, I'm not too concerned about short term if that helps

Dr._juju:
Thanks. Much appreciated.

Mark Miller:
Last update was soils were being processed as of March 15th at the lab

Ben J:
Why was RCM abandoned

Mark Miller:
I wasn't planning on making one, but anything is possible if it's needed to help shareholders navigate

That's correct

Bodhi Trades:
Mark, can we get you back on here when you get those assay reports to give us your assessment?

Mark Miller:
RCM was not abandoned, unless I'm missing the question

I was planning on staying in the room with all of you until the the Shareholder meeting if that's okay with everyone

Ibrahim Balogun:
I think he is wondering why NWGC was abandoned.

Ben J:
Why did the prior operations at RCM stop I guess would be the question

Shane Heard:
It’s nice to see a future ceo communicating so well!!

Bodhi Trades:
Sounds good

Greg Coolbridge:
RCM is his entity, you mean NWGC.

Shawn Roberts:
Have you spoken or heard from anyone at NWGC?

Nathan:
Mark, I think you need a webpage of some sort to answer the frequently asked questions

Mark Miller:
Ok, so Talbot lied to shareholders about NWGC operations that never really existed, and then he had a cerebral stroke which left him in a vegetable state in a nursing home in Alberta Canada, that's partly why NWGC went defunct

Donald Chambless:
I'm archiving everything from beginning and will post them.

Mark Miller:
RCM was established last year as a new company so it hasn't been abandoned, and I did it so that it could be acquired if I became the CEO of NWGC

No, not in almost 3 years

Nathan:
Thanks!

Mark Miller:
After being appointed as CEO I will definitely take that into consideration

Dr._juju:
What steps and when will you take to make it nwgc current on otc market? Not sure how long you've been following the otc market, but going current will draw a ton of investors! You probably already know I'm sure, don't mean to be patronizing lol

Shawn Roberts:
If you could tell shareholders one to drive stock price, what would it be?

Frandy Alfaro:
I was the 3rd person to join the group today. I have all the questions asked and Mark's answers. I could be able to copy everything and send it to any one who needs them

Shawn Roberts:
One thing*

Mark Miller:
OTC will require 2 Annual reports an Atty Letter and whatever Qs that are due for 2021 to go current, and we are actively prepared to upload those when allowed by OTC M

Richard Lenga:
maybe we can get the faq's pinned to the top of this room, for all the new members entering

Dr._juju:
That's good to hear! 2 annual reports means it will take 2 years at minimum? Thanks for responses great to hear

Mark Miller:
Assay Report results that allow us to prepare projections for possible recovery, mineral type, and dollar amounts in a Formal PR disseminated as far as we can get the news to reach.

DOJO4 ICBUnNWGC:
Please. thanks.

Mark Miller:
2 years worth, which will likely be $0's because the company has been dark for so long

$DDKING:
That’s the same as BRLL

Dr._juju:
So you could theoretically become current before calendar years end?

Mark Miller:
Absolutely

$DDKING:
will not show activity until next quarter

Greg Coolbridge:
Will you release the assay report prior to being appointed as CEO?

$DDKING:
I’d rather be with a new company with no money about to get money from the ground than a company who loses the money they have lol

Mark Miller:
Absolutely

Loses money and dilutes to keep the lights on

$DDKING:
That too

Yuck

Greg Coolbridge:
Ok, thanks

Mark Miller:
Toxic lenders are no joke, I've been approached by all types

Donald Chambless:
Franny we have entire convo. Will you help me go back and ??

Mark Miller:
Greg, if anyone wants them earlier I'll be more than happy to share them, I have no secrets here

Frandy Alfaro:
That's a lot of work ??

I'm trying my best to see what is worth pinning

$DDKING:
I’m out great talk be safe and enjoy the ride load dips and remember the MAs can act as magnets ?? be cheap and wait for the good news APRIL 5th! Don’t selol for peanuts!

Shawn Roberts:
What law firm do you plan to use to bring the company to current status? Will FINS be Audited?

Mark Miller:
