Post any RS, the stock will demonstrate volatility until the newly established entity has laid its tracks and proven viability to the market. In most instances, (T$NPD for a recent example) the P/S will run immediately after a ticker has changed then retrace thereafter pending news and updates from said company. In this case, I expect the same; however, if the Diamond Hands holding XMETD hold strong until HOUMU provides an update it could be different. You never know how many want to buy after the name change never mind those on here routing for a sell off (all for gain I might add). Let’s also not forget many entering the OTC via RM do not hold $15M in assets from the get go without any debt. Most are early concepts or have little to no revenue, massive dilution and many are just flat out scams. Based on the actions of Wei Tian so far, this appears to be positioning itself nicely for long term in growth. Plus, why spend the money buying the shell (1.5% of your asset value) and go through the custodial hoops to just own a US company? Doesn’t make since unless you have bigger plans long term and expect growth. If you still plan to sell post name change...that’s cool...I’ll be there to nab them up! Otherwise, best of luck to all!
