At 10 minutes Nader SPECIFICALLY says they requested an EUA, the FDA said 'the data is good enough to continue with another trial' and in the SAME BREATH ACCENTUATING THE WORD CONDITIONAL: "We then filed a request for a CONDITIONAL EUA"

See what he's done here? Stop saying he meant EUA when he says conditional and it's all semantics. Go listen at 10:00 let Nader tell you in his own words that they requested EUA, the FDA said do another trial, and they then they requested CONDITIONAL (note that he stresses that word, highlighting the fact that it differs from the first request for an EUA that was denied) EUA while they collect data.

Nader is CLEARLY describing two different EUA requests. First the EUA, then the conditional EUA. What is the difference between the two? Well I can't tell you because the conditional EUA is not a thing, it's made up, it doesn't exist. They requested EUA and were told that they needed another trial. CASE CLOSED LISTEN TO THE CC
