I know the stock got run up with some buying but I didn't see an actual pump anywhere. A lot of garbage tickers I follow showed action around the Feb 1 timeframe for no fathomable reason.

I wouldn't be surprised with the mania we've been seeing in the OTC that it has another run because these things can't be expected, much less explained. But then, like you said, the next one could be years from now.
