I suspect anyone saying anything about the Spaniard court case is full of crap. Those suits take months to years to go anywhere. Considering how badly their lawyer was doing and how many times he refiled I suspect its not even on the docket yet. Since that suit names the company, they will need to keep shareholders informed of its status.
Remember, we also have a counter suit stemming from the fraudulent PR's. I would expect that to get more traction considering who the defendants are. The results of that case could also be used as evidence in the other suit if it goes favorably.
