I'm putting together a list of shareholders to submit to the lawyers for the CC.

1. Could you please provide details to shareholders on why Mr. Keevil was terminated form his executive position with Sarissa and its Nio-Star subsidiary?

2. Mr. Fuschino was formerly an executive of Sarissa. While Mr. Fuschino was an executive of Sarissa can you tell us his stock holdings? In addition to his position as an insider of the Company did Mr. Fuschino have a control position in the stock Sarissa Resources? What amount of shares does Mr. Fuschino own presently?

3. When the board of Nio-Star entered into a Employment relationship with Mr. Currah where they aware of his past OSC Trading Ban for Stock Fraud? How was that issued discussed?

4. The company had an office in Chapleau, Ontario. It was rumored that in fact the building was an multi apartment building owned by Mr. Currah, Mr. Keevil and Sabine Frisch (one of the shareholders who called this meeting) or a company named Chapleau Birch. It is rumored that a woman worked for Mr. Currah managing the building and provided him with the rent receipts. Is it true the Company was paying for this building while Mr.Currah was actually using it as a source income.

5. Mr. Currah has indicated on message board and elsewhere that he is owned money from Sarissa and NioStar for storage of the drill cores. Was there a contract in place for this service? How was the price determined? Is it accurate to say the same entity in which received the payments for the Office rent also received payment for core storage? Why was this company’s executive Ms. Frisch? There seems to be a significant number of related party transaction in the company.

6. It is rumored that Penny Currah and Sabine Frisch were either employees or contractors for Sarissa and or Nio-Star? What was the process and qualifications for hiring both of these individuals.

7. Another of the shareholders signing the meeting notices Penny Currah as trustee for Niall and Lucas Currah Trust. Is the Niall and Lucas Trust a control share holder or have they ever been?

8. Mr. Fuschino was President of Sarissa Resources there was a PR person named Lorne Dingle? Can Mr. Fuschino please provide details how Mr. Dingle was hired for this position and what qualifications did Mr.Dignle have for this position?

9. In 2009 the company release and later retracted an Ni-43-101 report. Did Mr. Fuschino, Mr. Keevil, Mr. Currah, Penny Currah either individually, jointly or as trustee sell shares of the company during this period surrounding the release of this later retracted report?

10. Has there ever been credible offers to finance the project if so why were they not closed. What road blocks occurred which prevented the deals from closing.

11. Members of the shareholder group which has called this meeting also enters into litigations with Nio-star in 2017? What is the status of that case and the counter claims filed by Nio-Star? Why has this legal case not moved forward? Has this legal case impacted the company’s ability to secure financing for the project?

12. Has there been any other legal cases brought by the shareholder group against the company in the past? If so what where the issues involved.

13. Recently Nio-Star announced it had received an notice of default from Mr.Potts? Can the company please advise on what made this happen?
