I am both realistic and logical and spent 10 YRS in a court case that was over a measly $XXX,XXX against an insurance company that would not cover a loss My co incurred. Beat em finally and was awarded by the jury 3 X's the actual loss.
They walked out of court told my attorney they would settle for .50 on the dollar THAT DAY or hang me up for another 10 yrs.
By the time the attorney was paid I netted basically half what my original LOSS was.

SO SOrry BTDT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RIght doesn't ALWAYS PREVAIL in a court of law even after a JURY AWARDED DECISION of treble damages
