IF DISMISSAL IS IS IS DENIED then this could get interesting since that then PUTS PM in the hot seat and in a serious need for consideration then and only then to settle or buy out imho

Settle make no sense to me since their costs would be ongoing forever if Licensing and ROYALTIES are involved.

ONE time cost and it's over buyout make the most since to me BUT, in a realistic range .02- .05 or lets say actual damages and a tad of punitive combined as the buyout numbers
