I agree that the OTC in general is not thriving like it had been but something else is going on with IPSI. 100k - 500k blocks (depending on the week) have been hitting the ASK lower and lower, while the same size blocks hit the bid lower and lower.

MMs walking it down but in plain sight not using iceberg orders or anything to hide the lot sizes.

Someone mentioned we need more volume but what the MMs are doing has driven traders of this stock away, scaring out the volume.

I am excited with what they are doing and am still holding atm but I dont want to hold if they are taking this down to a NICKEL...
