We don't have an 8k filing for it. Anyone can tag Chase on Twitter. I can sign up for a Chase Credit card and thank them for the line of credit by tagging them in a tweet.

Without an 8K I'm not sure anything was actually signed. Why believe them when already caught them lying by saying NO dilution yet the OS just increased. I'd be happy for the company to come to the table with the facts to clear this up. There's a mechanism for that, it's called filing with the SEC which they had 4 business days to do if a material event such as a Chase deal happened. The tweeted 5 business days ago.
