Over the weekend I had an epiphany. I have been here for 14 years and for all of those years I have been Charlie Brown and Kevin has been Lucy.
For 14 years he has promised not to pull back the football and for 14 years I have believed him and dutifully raced towards the football only to end up flat on my back. 14 years! Am I an idiot or what? Unfulfilled promise after unfulfilled promise. R/S after R/S. Missed deadline after missed deadline. Disappointment after disappointment. This weekend it dawned on me – 10 years from now I could still be sitting here with nothing to show for my time, emotion, and loss of cash! Just another 10 years of landing on my backside. I realized that if I let that happen I would probably be looking for a rope and a rickety stool. I don’t think I could deal with it.
So I figure I am staring at my last football. If Kevin doesn’t update the filings by the end of this quarter I am getting out. I have a little more than 400,000 shares which I will only be able to get rid of a little at a time. I figure that I’ll just start putting out 2, 5, and 10 thousand blocks for sale at $0.10 or whatever price is likely to get purchased. I figure I can unload it in 6 months or so. Hopefully, I'll have at least $40,000 or so to show for my efforts. I make money on my current shares but with all that I lost in all of the R/S’s I am still out a boat load of money.
This could be a drag on the share price for a while and I feel bad for that. But at least I will be free of this debacle, and have a little money to put into a stock with a future. I would apologize for any negative effect this may have on anyone’s portfolio but I would say it’s not for me to apologize but Kevin. Maybe some of you will do likewise.
At this point, I have zero hope that Kevin will actually file anything this quarter. I have been an idiot. Charlie Brown will be leaving the building shortly.
