I contacted the transfer agent, American Heritage. I wanted to know if there was anything I could do with my BKMPP shares. In the conversation, it came up that the BKMPP shares were fully transferable, sellable and free trading.

So I asked about swapping them for other stock he might be the TA for and he gave me several other names, one of them was Barclay Road BCYR. So I called and emailed the IR at BCYR and they said, why not?

I think that is where it started. I dont think it is a high lever thing (not with the ceo) but maybe I set it in motion.

I also contacted other companys with the TA but only BCRY responded.
