Every stock thats flying in OTC went through these stages, you know this yourself. John B Strong is definitely up to something, T53 wouldn't be leading us onto something daily if it wasn't for real. John Strong recently registered a new office in WY, he is a reputable business man and holds high positions in many companies. If he was a fraud no way would any company let him on board.
