Agreed.
I buy product from the site so that’s kinda assuring that it’s a real company!
But what I don’t get is the lack of communication. How hard is it for the MO to tweet, post, etc anything to let us know they’re doing stuff behind the scenes.

Can’t even get them to reply to a simple email.
So although there are some good signs I’m still a little baffled.
But then again....
I did just figure out what that handle on the side of the toilet does lol
