I BET THAT the shares that are sold are shares that IPKL gave before THE SIGN of the JV at a price under the market value and now ipkl will not sell anymore when the JV IS FACT .SOON ALL THE OLD SHARES will change hands and the great news from yesterday will start to move the pps up
