Lol. The move is very interesting. I think it makes a lot of sense given the desire to possibly file more infringement claims in the future for other patents. If that’s their headquarters it will be a tough road for ANY defendant with business activity in Texas to get a transfer to a “more convenient” er “defendant friendly” court. Remember, the plaintiff is entitled to sue in the venue of their choice.
