There's nothing to stop them from deciding to do an RS with a new filing. That could drop at any time. Same with an AS increase.

The above could happen since they decided to go back on their NO dilution, I don't see any reason not to think they'll go back on the RS too. Their behavior has a lot of flags at the moment.

The distrust has been amplified by the tweet "inked deal" tweet 7 days ago. No 8k for that, was/is anything really signed. The company can clear this up with filings. I don't have much hope on that front given they've already lied before.
