Per yesterday regarding notes via email:
Thank you for your comments. We are currently working with our note holder to renegotiate the note agreement. The intent is to satisfy the note in some combination of cash principal payments and conversion into common stock shares. We will issue a press release once the terms of the amended agreement are finalized. Thank you again for your interest and investment in our company.
