Nice. One of the steps in completing a reverse merger is making sure your last 2 years of filings are acceptable. Here's a link to what else needs to happen.

"The documents used to consummate a reverse merger between the private company and public shell is a share exchange agreement, or stock purchase agreement, which usually takes two to four weeks to draft.[17] Board and shareholder approval must be obtained and a “Super” 8-K form (detailed below) drafted.[18] Financing documents may also be needed.[19] Prior to closing, the shell company must file its proxy statement with the SEC and, as detailed below, a number of other filings"

Hopefully another couple of weeks and an 8k comes down the pike and shoots this thing "to da moon!" :) GLTA
