Don't be fooled dilution is not going on here
IMO it's more like accumulation! C'mon port think about it for a sec, if u were the ceo of ipkl and knew the share price will most likely rise with everything good taking place here why would u dilute at these prices when higher prices r just around the corner, u would be accumulating that would be the most intelligent decision!
