Even companies on listed exchanges go bankrupt. Companies with operating businesses producing revenue far greater than what GTEH. I'm not saying bankruptcy is or should be a concern here but a company's financial health isn't measured so much by revenue as it is by it's liabilities and financing arrangements. It seems to me, the previous owners were possibly facing bankruptcy and that may be why they sold the business cheap.

Don't forget this is a low-priced OTC ticker first and a long term investment second. Or maybe third. With the swings in sp, it should be traded accordingly. Even day to day, if necessary. Scalping small gains mount up to large gains faster than holding through all the wild ups and downs. Better on the nerves also.
