Yes, that is the preference. And by asking this question you agree too that the PRs are meaningless. They say nothing (hence your conclusion that "we hear nothing"). So they might as well not PR. These PRs do nothing for the PPS. They do not build confidence in the company. They are simply mind games to keep the PPS from tanking.
