To leave us guessing what is meant by “equity acquisition” instead of stating they acquired a minority stake is where my issue is. Even if he can’t say what the stake was for (just like VB said in the email) he could’ve been honest and included the word minority instead of letting the investors run around with the thought that they owned all of VB
