More evidence of just what kind of character, or lack thereof, Scott Sand has.
Sand was also charged and sued in the Southern District of New York in 1997 when he was the CEO of Medcentrex, Inc.
A default judgement of over $1.2 million was ruled against him.
Case # 1:199703348

From what I can find, it seems Medcentrex committed Medicare fraud.
