Well to be honest here, Sam maybe the President on paper but I doubt that he is management material by any means.
I believe Dr.Doki is CEO of OBCN from last communications. Sam claimed he was "just" the President for whatever that is worth for now.
Please don't confuse bashing with bad leadership, management and communication skills.
I still stand behind what I said in my last post about the OTC, NASDAQ, NYSE and Goldman Sachs. A good leaders business plan moves; over, under, around and through any obstacles that hinders their plans. (It's there job!)
No bashing here at all. I can make these claims because I am a established business person who has been involved in the creation and closed business deals on average of $100mm plus.
In my opinion, if Sam worked for me, I would have let him go quite sometime ago for not being able to produce in a timely manner.
I don't know about you, but Sam's business model and plans or lack of them, remains suspect. I can state this because I've checked on the authenticity of "some" of his plans, partnerships or ventures and they are just not there. (A website yes, an active business, no).
It appears that he is trying to project his skills as a "global" business mastermind but that lacks conviction.
If a vote for confidence in Sam were to occur today, I believe it would be a vote of "no confidence".
As a business leader Sam has to be able to lead and communicate effectively. Sam has not even made any attempt what so ever.
Again, no bashing just pointing out the weaknesses. That does not mean that I have given up all hope. If that were the case I would have sold out when Stan & Liz turned their backs on us.
CLSI, I don't have any issue with you or any other poster here. But I know when a leader is producing or not. A true leader needs no crutches or alibies. They just lay it out there for all to see and get past the issue because resistance is not the correct path. Resistance means you need to try it another way or something else. The OTC is not always the problem! (Remember Edison and the light bulb).
No bashing. If Sam is really doing the right thing, he needs to make a debut and speak directly to the shareholders.
