HGEN's lenzilumab is going to blow the doors off of leronlimab's trial. Lenzilumab is a GM-CSF inhibitor. Scientists recently discovered that GM-CSF is the cytokine responsible for severe Covid and death. Here are links to 2 articles discussing GM-CSF's role in Covid and a link to the study.
