Cypress Development Closes Bought Deal Unit Offering for Gross Proceeds of $19.6 Million

10:38 AM EDT, 03/22/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Cypress Development Corp.(CYDVF) on Monday said it has closed its upsized "bought deal" public offering of units, with the sole underwriter exercising its over-allotment option in full, resulting in the issuance of 15,640,000 units at $1.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $19.6 million.

Each unit is composed of one common share and one warrant exercisable for one common share at $1.75 apiece until March 22, 2024.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund ongoing work on its Clayton Valley lithium project in Nevada and for general corporate purposes.
