If the 8k for Chase is not issued then we know what the deal is in my opinion.

The deal will be for the local branches of Chase bank to advertise on the bus stops and park benches.

The attorneys may not think that this warrants an 8k because the revenues not significant enough to affect the stock price.

The deal is still important though because it gives the company credibility with other businesses in the community. If Chase thinks this type of advertising is effective than other companies in the community will follow suit. This advertising company is brand new and it takes a while to find enough clients to start making significant income. This Chase deal is a big start in the right direction.
