I come back about the agreement HTDS-HIRU.

- HIRU claimed officially that they acquired MindUp division of HTDS.

- HIRU filed a certificate recorded and signed by the HIRU's transfer agent saying they paid HTDS with at least 40 millions HIRU shares (restricted).

- but in March 2010 the shares were not still given to HTDS, they used the future tense "will", we dont know if HIRU delivered the shares after this March 16, 2010 =

shares to its shareholders as a special onetime payment. The Hiru shares will be
restricted and not immediately freely tradable. HTDS shareholders will not require

Consummation of the special onetime distribution is subject to the approval of FINRA."

- HIRU has integrated in their structure the MindUp division of HTDS, so there is a problem with this sale =

working on establishing resistant cancer human cell lines and examining new

- finally a problem "Hiru Corporation submitted the request for the forward split with FINRA in May, 2010 (see the
attached files for details). The company was advised by its legal counsel that the forward split
should be undertaken before issuing the share dividend to HTDS shareholders.
Unfortunately, the forward split hasn’t occurred due to administrative hurdles. The company
announces that these hurdles have been overcome, and that HIRU expects to finalize the
forward split as soon as the week of August 23, 2010."

Then apparently no news about this deal.

The documents indicate the deal has been really excecuted, however the question is still where is this MindUp division now ? where are the 40 millions HIRU shares ? HTDS said they wanted to distribute the shares to HTDS shareholders, where are they ?
HTDS and HIRU shareholders need clarifications and confirmations for a better future.
