Regarding that email from Lisa. She is a Customer Service Rep, and used the term "Shares" incorrectly. I've had some back and forth with her this morning and she has verified the following...

"NSAV has invested in Virtuabroker and they have a percentage of ownership (not shares) as you have understood. I hope this is clear now. We will be releasing a press release of our own regarding this as soon as possible.
