Posting baseless or false information - in an effort to artificially inflate the pps of a stock - is a per se example of securities fraud.

Every time that someone posts false or baseless information, on this website, in an effort to artificially inflate the pps of MAXD THAT PERSON IS COMMITTING FEDERAL SECURITIES FRAUD.

You can not possibly be in possession of any information whatsoever to conclude that a settlement of the litigation which MAXD has initiated against PM will be forthcoming "any day now".

Accordingly, I would strongly suggest that you post the facts on which you base your conclusion that a settlement of that litigation is imminent or that you publicly admit that you do not have any basis to do so whatsoever.
