Blaming the static stock price on a cabal of insiders is like blaming the Moon for the setting of the Sun. Stocks are controlled by supply and demand with a bidding auction system. Currently the average daily volume is 800,000 shares with a dollar value of around $50,000 on any given day.

If there was interest in selling or buying, the volume would naturally be much higher. The only thing that will cause a substantial move here will be demand for shares from new investors of sufficient quantity to offset the sellers and/or a big news event acting as a catalyst to draw in new buyers.
