Thought I would stop in and well you guys are on it as usual. Even on a Sunday night!

Looks like they are getting ready to file soon. It is starting to look like the SEC/OTC has requested a few disclosure statements be made over the past 7-10 days so that shareholders are up to date on what is going on. I have seen this in the past and its usually when a company has some big corporates actions it is taking. All these acquisitions are probably coming with serious fins and disclosure statements. Makes me think that the powers at be are making sure UATG discloses everything. probably because the big financials are in Q1 which will NOT be part of the batch that gets them current. UATG is probably saving that for the S-1 statement to help boost evaluation and institutional investment. They are really doing it and are being methodical. I have to say that I am very impressed at how these guys have kept things under wraps and been so disciplined with the planning. I probably shouldnt be considering these guys are all military guys. They probably all plan when they sleep eat and .... Serious dudes. God bless them, they are going to make my retirement come sooner than I thought
