NOTICE: A group of legal stockholders of GARB Oil and Power Corporation [GARB] have taken it upon themselves to act as a temporary board of directors and officers of the corporation because the last four groups involved in this company as officers and board members that were legally or illegally appointed, have abandoned this company and their post leaving GARB Oil and Power Corporation without a board of directors or officers of the corporation.
All activity prior to this announcement by anyone declaring that they are board members or officers of the corporation will be reported to the SEC and appropriate authorities because documents gathered by these aforementioned stockholders show otherwise.
Anyone with common sense would agree that all stock transactions should be put on hold until this mess is cleaned up.

Mr. Dan Burda is one of these stockholders and he holds 10% of the common and class A and B stock, that was legally paid for when GARB Oil and Power Corporation was being operated by "The Tammy Taylor Group".
He is listed in the SEC filings with his group in the EDGAR reports of 2014-2015-2016.
As noted in this communication, there are four previous phases of GARB Oil and Power Corporation so when communicating note the phase when your stock was available for purchase.
First phase under leadership of John Brewer.
Second phase under the leadership of John Rossi.
Third phase under the leadership of Tammy Taylor.
Fourth phase under the leadership of Mr. James Garrett, and the court appointed trustee.
Fifth phase starting 21 March 2021 is just reference data for this email and tracking of phases for GARB.
