Is this in regards to someone holding a stock cert. I had a stock certificate sent to me back in 2001 for 1000 shares. On the certificate it says Transfer Fees: $20.00 for each new certificate requested, $2.00 for each old certificate presented.... Under that it says RESTRICTED SHARES... The shares represented bt his certificate have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933... etc... But then the certificate says that I am the owner of one thousand fully paid and non-assessable shares of common stock....
Was your post addressing this and that to get my shares I will have to pay? Thanks... calling ameritrade tomorrow....
