Anyone know if Khan's previous relationship with Aditya Raj Sharma is a red flag? or if Khan left that company after reading the tea leaves?

It was about Crosscode, Inc. a company that Sharma hoped to bring public eventually, but they pulled their S1 registration filing. Other than Sharma's arrest last Nov. 2020 there is little that comes up on the web about the link with Khan, except Khan was one of the directors back then.

I'm more interested in Khan's history and ability with start-ups but would be interested if anyone has more DD on his relationship with Sharma.
