My opinion is that you are incorrect, anyone who has ever traded In the OTC knows this is common, what was failed to be posted is what the increase was on the rise to .349 if I am correct a much higher percentage than the 80% decline that is stated, this is quite normal in the OTC and it doesn’t take much pressure or NEWs to make this shoot up 10x as we have all seen so I would say that the shares are held tight. All one has to do is look at the daily volume to see that.
